Effect: By turning popularity down, you force the engine to ignore big corporate sites and show you personal blogs and old-school forums from the "Small Web."

How to use the "Dial": After you type a search, click the "Goggles" tab.
Effect: You can choose a Goggle like "No Reddit" or "Tech Blogs" or "1,000 Most Used Sites." This instantly re-ranks the results based on those community-made rules rather than a secret algorithm.
4. Kagi (The "User-Weighted" Dial)
